Create an engaging and energetic presentation describing the future direction of the IKEA FAMILY loyalty programme in The Netherlands and inspire the audience to feel a part of making the vision a reality. My role included developing a clear and simple structure for the content, expressing a visual direction aligned with the IKEA tone of voice and creating the final presentation.
This internal presentation was targeted at stakeholders within country-level management and store-level management.
